TLDR:Top notch customer service!
I ordered 2 of these because I actually like polymer hop units. I like to assemble backup hop/ barrel assemblies for different uppers. I also ordered 2 Krytac buckings( I have a thing for having way too many buckings). Received my order with a note telling me the 2 items won't work together because of tight fit and they advised against it. So they threw in the OEM VFC buckings with my order. Really appreciate that they give a damn about customer satisfaction. Top notch Umbrella Armory! I'll keep sending business your way.
