Product information :
On each product page, you will find all available variants, a product description and the composition of the item. Product images may show the the visual details of the item but some products will feature images of the item in use, worn, or included with reference accessories that are intended to demonstrate further capabilities and inspiration. Some products will feature an estimated lead time at the top of the description that indicates it is a made to order item and will need additional time to be fulfilled. Items that feature a lead time may take up to 8 weeks before they are fulfilled if delays occur.

  • How to order :

- From the product listing, select variant and quantity of the product
- Add to shopping bag
- Once you have finished shopping, click on the shopping bag
- Select a shipping method and a payment method
- Enter your shipping details and payment details
- Include any notes you would like to reference or request (order notes may be disregarded)
- Check that the information you entered is correct and click on "Check out"

After a few minutes you should have received a confirmation email with the details of your order. Once your order has shipped or is ready for pick up, you will receive an email confirmation with details such as the tracking number or pick up appointment invitation.

I have not recieved a confirmation email after 24 hours

We recommend to confirm the email you have entered in for the order is correct and to check your spam or junk folders for misdirected emails. If further assistance is needed, please contact our Customer Support. We are happy to help.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed. You are welcome to return your order once received as indicated in our Return Policy.

Why can I not complete my order?

Verify that you have correctly entered the data for your selected method of payment. If you are paying with a credit card and the problem persists, we suggest contacting your Credit Card Issuer.

If your financial institution is unable to resolve the matter, you may contact Customer Support for further assistance.

Why is the amount I paid different from the amount of my order?

The amount paid is lower when, at the moment the order is dispatched, one or more of the articles is not available ; the charged amount will correspond exclusively to the value of the articles that were effectively shipped.

Sales tax is applied to your order in accordance with individual state and local regulations depending on the shipping address and location of any retail stores, company establishments or partners, located in that state. An estimated tax charge is added to your order during the check out process, and the exact charges will be calculated automatically upon shipping your order based on the shipping address Zip Code. The final amount taxed will be equal or less than the Estimated Sales Tax and will be indicated on your completed order invoice.


Shipping times and costs

Average delivery time : 3-6 business days. Please note that select merchandise orders may shipped from our drop shipping supplier which may result in slightly longer shipping times.

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your package has been shipped. For security reasons, airsoft gun or other high value purchases will require a signature upon delivery. Please check the number of boxes delivered and make sure the package is not damaged in any way. Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or any discrepancy between the number of boxes delivered should be immediately notified by indicating in writing on the courier's delivery documents. Our courier services generally delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours and will make two delivery attempts. After the second failed attempt, your order will be returned to the sender. Please note that once you have placed an order, it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address.

All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.

Can I choose a delivery date/time?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a specific date and time.

What should I do if my order has not been delivered yet?

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated period, we suggest that you :
- Check the order status in your Order History for registered users
- Check that the address indicated for the delivery is correct.
- In the case of a missed delivery please contact the shipping courier you checked out with. For complementary shipping options, contact our customer support.

Shipping restrictions

At this time orders placed on are available to all regions excluding Europe. Airsoft gun orders are only available to be shipped to USA orders only.

Pick up in showroom

Umbrella Armory offers you the possibility to pick up for free in a store the items you ordered online.
During the checkout process select “Pick up in Store”. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready to be picked up at the store following the initial order confirmation email.
In order to pick up your order, you will need to bring with you :
– A valid ID
– - The email confirming that your order is ready for pick up (printed or on a mobile device)

If someone is collecting an order on your behalf, they must bring :
– A copy of your valid ID
– A valid ID of the person collecting

– Letter of Authorization.
If the item is not picked up within 15 days of the order being confirmed available for pick up, the order will be returned to our warehouse and we will issue a refund.

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges

Return policy

You have 30 days, starting from the date of delivery, to return items purchased on our website. Here is the procedure to follow:
Register your return online by logging in to your account.
Ensure that your items are returned in their original condition and in their original packaging. All labels must be retained and attached to the items.
Contact us to begin the process and we will provide you with instructions for your specific items.

Returns are only available to USA customers only.

Please allow around 5 to 7 days to receive your refund, following receipt of the parcel by our services (this time frame is for guidance only and may vary depending on periods of activity). If your return does not meet the above-mentioned conditions, we will send it back to you. Once your return has been accepted, you will be refunded and will receive an email confirming this. For orders placed with Pre Paid Cards, kindly note that Umbrella Armory has no control over your refund, pending charge, and payment processing times and these financial institutions reserve the right to process these reversals at their discretion. Umbrella Armory is unable to expedite this process. Please contact your Pre Paid Card issuer for further information and assistance.

You can also return items purchased on to our showroom, within 30 days, by following the steps below:
Ensure that your items are returned in their original condition and in their original packaging.
- Place the items in their original packaging and return them to our showroom during showroom hours, along with the proof of purchase.

The returned item will be accepted under the following conditions:
- Proof of purchase or receipt required.
- Item in original condition, with all the original labels and packaging.

Returns not accepted for Airsoft guns with removed orange tip or in any other altered condition.

Returns are not accepted:
- Bespoke listed Airsoft guns
- Surplus listed items
- Airsoft guns that have been disassembled, altered, or with a removed orange tip
- Pre-built gearboxes
- Batteries, Unsealed BBs, or other products which cannot be sent back or restocked given their nature

Umbrella Armory custom guns and upgrade components are crafted with the highest-quality materials, design and workmanship. Umbrella Armory guarantees the authenticity of all products purchased through Umbrella Armory online. All Umbrella Armory products are individually controlled for quality by Umbrella Armory's specialists. All our work is sold under Umbrella Armory or UA branding.

Umbrella Armory takes counterfeiting very seriously and takes legal action against any persons, stores, or websites that sell Umbrella Armory counterfeit products. Counterfeiting is selling knockoff or imitation products as genuine Umbrella Armory goods.
- Counterfeit Umbrella Armory products are typically of poor quality and lack the details and workmanship that make each Umbrella Armory product high-quality.
- Counterfeiting has often been rampant on second hand markets with some sellers falsely listing guns or parts as Umbrella Armory
- The only way for us to confirm if a second hand Umbrella Armory item is genuine and preserve service eligibility is for the item to be inspected by our specialists in person, by the original purchaser/owner.

Care and maintenance

All of Umbrella Armory products have unique qualities and needs. For the best possible care of our guns, Umbrella Armory recommends to protect it from water, excess heat, long term outdoor exposure and direct contact with dirt/debris. Use high quality, bio-friendly BBs and clean the inner barrel every 3000 rounds. Do not use batteries with voltage higher than listed. Do not adjust motor height, remove the motor grip or plate, buffer tube or stock, and use pre-cocking or excessive semi auto/binary shot triggering. Umbrella Armory also recommends to not use any liquid when cleaning the inner barrel, simply a dry piece of microfiber cloth and an unjamming/cleaning rod as that can cause long term damage.

Additionally, with warranty coverage your Umbrella Armory gun may be eligible for service maintenance, repairs and maintenance. Warranty coverage begins on the day of your Airsoft gun being delivered, length may vary on products. Learn more on warranty here.

For batteries, ensure you are using a proper charger and charging rate for your battery. Especially with Lithium batteries, it is crucially important for you to maintain safe balance levels and charge of the batteries while both in use and storage. Umbrella Armory is not liable for any damage resulting from improper battery use or storage.

Products with warranty coverage will list the coverage and eligibility length within their respective product listings.

- Our R-Hopped barrels have a lifetime warranty
- Most of our Airsoft guns feature a 1 year extendable warranty

All warranties are non-transferrable. Second-hand owners of our Airsoft guns must first validate the authenticity by having the original owner of the gun send it in to our team to evaluate and assess. If purchasing the gun second-hand, please contact our customer support for further information on how to arrange an authenticity and quality control assessment.

Warranty re-enrollment for our guns is $300 and must be processed by contacting our customer support.

Customers with an Airsoft gun covered with our warranty may send it in once for a complementary service appointment to service and replace/repair components that are damaged from wear and tear. We will also complementarily upgrade parts that may be obsolete from the time we service your rifle.

Customers are responsible for arranging their complementary service appointment as well as shipping costs to our shop. Shipping back to you after the complementary service appointment will be provided free of charge if necessary via UPS.

Warranty will be voided if:
- The product has been disassembled (you may separate the upper and lower on M4 pattern Airsoft guns to inspect barrel assembly)
- Using batteries with a higher voltage than specified
- Sending back the Airsoft gun without an orange tip as specified by Federal Law
- Significant external damage such as water, fire, debris, user dropping etc
- Motor grip plate has been removed
- Motor height has been adjusted
- Buffer tube, integrated stock as been removed
- Spring has been removed
- Trigger and rear body pin have been removed
- Paint/Cerakote
- Damage resulting from improper alterations

- Damage resulting from negligent use. Examples include but not limited to: using poor quality BBs/batteries; storing the gun in wet or excessively hot/cold conditions; ignoring error codes; not cleaning the barrel regularly.

Umbrella Armory guns and R-hop barrels are guaranteed against issues related to their manufacture during the term of their respective warranty.
If the product is out of the warranty period and/or damages have been caused by the customer, repair costs will be charged to the customer.


The item is accepted for repair under the following conditions:
– A proof of purchase is provided (sales invoice, receipt)
– The product is not altered by the customer
– Arrives back to our shop with an Orange tip installed as required by Federal law

Exceptions for cross-border repairs apply in countries outside the USA
Umbrella Armory does not provide a repair service for Airsoft guns purchased secondhand without authorization

How to ask for a repair?

  • Fulfil the contact form at the bottom of our website and attach the proof of purchase and pictures of the item and its defect. A client service representative will be pleased to contact you about your request.
  • Contact our client service by email.

*Products purchased from or outside the USA can only be submitted to in the same country of purchase.
To proceed with a repair service, please also make sure to remove all personal effects from your Airsoft gun.

Wear and tear

Like any mechanical device, wear and tear is unavoidable with our custom guns despite our best efforts. If the product requires repairs caused by operational wear and tear, repair costs will be charged to the customer.

Examples of wear and tear include:
- Spring wear
- Brush motor wear / moisture exposure
- O-ring needing replacement
- Bucking swell
- Solenoid failure
- Gearbox piston rail wear
- Regreasing/lubricating

We understand that our custom guns will encounter much higher levels of wear and tear due to higher use performance which is why we offer a complementary service appointment with eligible guns during the warranty period. Any repairs/replacement parts that fall within wear and tear will have all repair costs waived during the complementary service appointment.
