PRODUCT SATISFACTION STATEMENT
Our general philosophy is that if any customer is unsatisfied with their purchase from us, we will go above and beyond to make it right. We take great pride in our work and we understand that high performance is generally not a "one size fits all" solution in Airsoft; however,
Umbrella Armory is happy to tailor any of our custom products to meet your play style and exceed expectations on the field at little to no cost. Before initiating a charge back if you are dissatisfied, please contact our customer support team to learn more.
RETURNS
Umbrella Armory offers a 30 day return policy for returns from the date the order has been delivered or received by the customer in-person at the Umbrella Armory show room.
To be eligible for a return, the customer must first initiate a refund inquiry through our support via e-mail at info@umbrellaarmory.com and cooperate with us in identifying any issues or documented instances of dissatisfaction. Once confirmed by our staff for documented defects or reasonable issues for dissatisfaction, the item that is being returned must be: (1) unused and in the same condition that you received it, and (2) must also be in the original packaging. If the item does not meet these conditions, the return inquiry will be subject to approval at the sole discretion of Umbrella Armory and a restocking fee of up to 30%.
